ITTC Deepens Collaboration, Hosts Taiyuan University of Technology Academic Winter Camp Again
International Training and Testing Center (ITTC) successfully hosted the second "Taiyuan University of Technology Academic Winter Camp" from January 25 to 31, 2026, for 30 students from the university. Building on the 2025 inaugural event, the program featured cutting-edge technology courses, cross-cultural workshops, and immersive Macau historical and cultural experiences to strengthen academic exchange and talent development between the two institutions.
At the opening ceremony, representative of Taiyuan University of Technology, thanked CityU Macau for the thoughtful arrangements. He highlighted this as the college's second visit, marking a key milestone in their deepening educational partnership, and encouraged students to engage fully with the academic environment, courses, cultural lectures, and exchange visits.The winter camp leveraged Macau CityU's strengths in innovative design, data science, humanities, social sciences, and Portuguese-speaking countries studies. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and practical workshops, students enhanced their interdisciplinary integration, problem-solving, and real-world application skills.
Participants also toured iconic sites like A-Ma Temple, Zheng House, St. Augustine's Church, and Senado Square, and visited exhibitions on Sino-Portuguese cultural exchanges and Macau's reunification history, experiencing Macau's role as a bridge between East and West under "One Country, Two Systems."
ITTC continues to tailor diverse "Study + " programs for mainland universities, emphasizing student outcomes through small-class teaching, case seminars, project presentations, and city-based learning to foster problem-solving, interdisciplinary abilities, and cross-cultural collaboration.
