The Vice Rector of CityU noted in his opening remarks that the TCM and Big Health industry is facing significant opportunities amidst Macau’s efforts to promote moderate economic diversification. He emphasized that TCM possesses unique advantages in chronic disease prevention and health management, which are crucial for improving residents' quality of life and promoting longevity.

Furthermore, he pointed out that City University of Macau has long been attentive to the issues of population aging and resident health.
