Capital Normal University Faculty and Students Study at CityU Macau

The International Training and Testing Center (ITTC) of City University of Macau, together with the Macau Study Tour and Exchange Association, organized the “Capital Normal University Program at CityU Macau — Global Vision and Innovative Development” from 25 to 31 July 2026. More than 50 faculty members and students from Capital Normal University took part in the one-week programme.

The programme combined regional development, artificial intelligence, cross-cultural exchange, teaching innovation and team collaboration. It offered a comprehensive platform that mixed knowledge learning, skills development and cross-cultural experience.

At the opening ceremony, representatives from both universities underlined their shared commitment to diversified, inclusive and practice-oriented education, and expressed the hope that the programme would strengthen cooperation in talent development.

Teaching methods included lectures, thematic discussions, interactive workshops and group presentations. Topics covered the Belt and Road Initiative and Greater Bay Area opportunities, AI ethics and social impact, and the use of generative AI in teaching and research. The curriculum linked global cases with local practice, helping students strengthen critical thinking, interdisciplinary analysis and innovative application skills.
