Jiangsu Province University Students Overseas Cultural Exchange" Program Reaches 1,500 Participants Over Four Years —
CityU Macau Builds Jiangsu-Macau University Exchange Platform

The “Jiangsu Province University Students Overseas Cultural Exchange” program has welcomed nearly 1,500 participants over four years.

In July 2026, more than 100 faculty and students from 19 universities in Jiangsu Province visited City University of Macau. The visit was jointly organized by the university’s International Training and Testing Center and the Jiangsu Provincial Education International Exchange Association.

From 9 to 30 July, groups from universities including Southeast University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Hohai University, Nanjing Normal University, and others experienced campus life at City University of Macau. They learned about Macau’s society, culture, and higher education, broadening their international perspectives and strengthening educational ties between Jiangsu and Macau.

Representatives from the visiting institutions said the program acts as a bridge that builds friendship among students and supports future cooperation between the universities.

Since its launch, the program has become a key platform for Jiangsu–Macau university exchange. Students from different fields take part in lectures and workshops, experience Macau’s international campus atmosphere, and help promote closer collaboration in teaching, faculty development, and youth innovation.
