ITTC organized a Cultural Training Program for Students of Zhejiang International Studies University
On December 2, 2024, a group of 27 faculty members and students from Zhejiang International Studies University visited City University of Macau to participate in a short-term training program organized by the International Training and Testing Center of City University of Macau. This program provided the first-time visitors from Zhejiang with an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Macau's unique status and cultural characteristics, while also strengthening educational cooperation between the two universities.
At the beginning of the course, Executive Associate Dean Wang Po-Hsun of the Faculty of Innovation at City University of Macau, and Ms. Wu Yaofen, Acting Director of the International Training and Testing Center, welcomed the students from Zhejiang on behalf of City University of Macau. They expressed their hope that participants would actively engage with instructors from City University of Macau during this one-week training period, thereby gaining a profound understanding of Macau's unique characteristics as a city where Chinese and Western cultures converge.
The one-week training program covered the following topics:

2. Life of Macau Residents and National Education under the "One Country, Two Systems" Framework
3. Macau's Multiculturalism and Social Overview
4. Opportunities and Challenges Brought by the Belt and Road Initiative and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development
5. International Cultural Differences and Communication Methods
6. College Students' Career Awareness and Career Planning
Through a series of topics related to Macau's social, cultural, and economic development, students deepened their understanding of Macau's history and its regional positioning.
