This course is an SCA Coffee Certification Sensory Skills Foundation Certificate program, designed for coffee enthusiasts and professionals. It will take you on an exciting journey into the world of coffee.

Zero Foundation Entry
Comprehensive introduction to coffee from its origins to the entire industry
Includes hands-on segments such as roasting, sensory evaluation, brewing, and cupping
Quickly grasp basic knowledge and skills through practice.
3. Course Structure
7 sessions, each lesson is 2.5 hrs , total 14 hrs
Language of Instruction: Cantonese or Mandarin
SCA International Certification : Upon completing the 14-hour course and passing the exam, you will receive an SCA certificate (provided you meet the attendance requirement of 70% or higher to be eligible for the SCA exam). This certificate is internationally recognized and adds professional weight to your coffee career, helping you stand out in the coffee industry.
