ITTC collaborates with the Human Resources Department,hosted a Christmas wine tasting workshop.

    On the eve of Christmas, the International Training and Testing Centre (ITTC) of City University of Macau, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department of City University of Macau, held a "Wine Introduction and Tasting Workshop" for faculty and staff. Through the professional guidance and interactive practice of wine expert Ms. Wang Zijie, the workshop aimed to enhance the faculty's appreciation of life and team cohesion, and further promote interdepartmental communication and collaboration within the university. Starting with basic wine knowledge, Ms. Wang Zijie guided participants through a systematic learning process covering grape varieties, flavor profiles, regional culture, and winemaking techniques.

    At the end of the workshop, the instructor led participants in making a traditional festive hot drink—Mulled Wine. Red wine was simmered with spices such as cinnamon, cloves, oranges, and apples, allowing participants to experience the traditional meaning of festive warmth, family reunion, and shared joy embodied in this handmade beverage. In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, participants experienced the layers of flavor and cultural connotations of wine, accompanied by Christmas-themed snacks, freely exchanging wine tasting experiences and strengthening bonds among colleagues amidst the festive spirit.
